Agreed, they are cool plecos, messy, but cool.

a couple hundred lemons would look spectacular in that beast!

Gouramis and pygmys would go down a treat.....

What about pygmy corys or ottos for the small tank and some rasaboras.

Yeah thats the plant, but is not a crypt. It is part of the aponogetons family I think. I just don't know any more than that. P.S I worked out how to add photos from my phone.

I normally throw it straight in as well. I often pull off any loose bit firsts and at the same time check for rot. If it does nto sink I weigh it down with a rock or something similar. Around 6 months ago I weighed a bit down and it is still not completely water logged.

So I did something dumb today which made me wonder what other people have done that was kind of stupid relating to fish. I was testing out a new canister, I could not get it going so put it in the to hard basket.I was pulling it apart and took it outside to get the water out. I went to blow the water out if the pipes and instead of dropping one I held them both and blew a pipe full of water directly onto my face. :facepalm: which made me wonder what other dumb stuff people have done.

However there is someone looking for some!
