  1. After the stand is fixed/replaced you will need to buy a decent canister filter, an internal like you have won't support enough beneficial bacteria to support the fish you already have, let alone more. Then you need to decide what type of fish you want to keep, the fish you already have aren't really compatible, the electric yellows and lionheads are african cichlids and need different water parameters than the rest of your fish.

    Hi

They're not really a schooling fish dude, though it's a good idea to keep them in trios with 1 male, 2 females. Live bearers like swords/platties/mollies/guppies aren't classed as schoolers and do fine even when kept as a single specimen.

    Hi

    2 sword tails are fine.

    Hi

    Welcome dude,
  5. Love how it doesn't look like it's bothering the turtle and fish, must be a common occurence :slfg:
  6. :cophot: In all seriousness though dude there's that many different things that they could be it would be hard to identify without some form of photos. Do your parents/guardians have a cell phone with a camera you could possibly use?
  7. Telling them that doesn't "make them money" but what does is supplying fish that will quickly outgrow the tanks so the tank owners have to re home said fish and then they will buy another one to replace it, more than likely through ATM as well. Did you read the link I posted? If so why are you still arguing the point?
  8. Forgot to paste link lol, it's there now.
  9. Read this, I agree with him 100% http://reefbuilders.com/2011/08/21/tanked-hold-water/
  10. So gullible people think that they care.
  11. Tanked is entertainment TV, please do not use it for educational purposes. I like to think of Tanked as a measuring stick for fish keepers, I find that serious, knowledgeable hobbyists can't stand it and not so serious, not quite as knowledgeable hobbyists do.
  12. I learnt heaps off tanked too, all to do with how not to keep fish or set up tanks.
  13. Pics or it didn't happen. The term glow fish is used for fish that have been genetically modified, there is no selective bred fish that glows like the ones we are referring to.
  14. http://www.trademe.co.nz/pets-animals/f ... 164909.htm This makes me sick.
  15. As they grow they get more aggressive, not really a normal community type fish. They also grow to nearly a foot long quite fast so need a large tank.

    Tank Update

Nice dude, :cophot: Where's the obligatory FTS lol?
  17. That's a long name for one plant.
  18. Also why are you trying to heat it to 32c?
  19. That list LA provided is the closest thing to a full list you will find.
  20. "It will the other" Will what? lol
