how do you know when the beetals have laid eggs or breeding without destruring them to much? or is it alright to move it around? i have a set of plastic draws top is meaworms then when they go into pupa goes to the draw below then when they turn into beetles they go into the draw below that, so they all seprate for their stages.. theirs alot of beetles an some dead ones know they turn into beetles an die but just dont seem to see any worms in that container.. am i ment to seprate them once again?

i have purchased a eheim pro 3 xl and am getting my tank next weekend.. fingers crossed, so now im trying to find if theirs anyone on here thats got one an how to go about setting them up. i have tryed searching google youtube but are comming up with diffrent models of them (in videos) want to watch a video of it before i attempt to set it up myself

well frame is built an going to use plywood for the sides and few sheets for the top.. i have a 50mm sheet of polly for the top i was planning on having the tank sit on that then the plywood but flatm8 whos making it says to hav the polly inbetween the plywood sheets? would that give the same affect as for the purpose of the polly their is to keep a bit of heat in? could someone get back to me on this one asap would be good.. tanks in progress of getting built now.

i have a fire eel brought it about 8 months ago i think.. is about 40cm+ at a guess hes pretty long but was just wondering how ya tell if its male or female.. have read the females are bigger an more plump is their any other way of telling?
