an just so were on the same page.. im talking bout the new tank 2.1m x 750 wide 650high.. saying that the list of fish will max that tank out?

looks like i mite have to take a video to prove it.. theirs alot of hiding places for all the fish an the cories just cruise round do their own thing no problem. like i say they have been in their from day one a when got bigger fish did think about them but they have turned out fine no hassel at all iv never seen them being harased

that sounds good.. but yea like ya say could be stunted from being keept in small tank for along time? can ya show us some pics of your one please

iv had my cories in their from nearly day one with all them fish an they dont get botherd at all! even before i got the larger fish. an their i have never seen them get chased around. yea i like arowanas but dont think could handel one of them lol the gourami is enough. an what 940l with all them fish you saying itd be full up? the tanks going to be 2.1m x 750 wide x 650 high.

oyea i like looking at marine but its a tease for me, an yea i agree Organism and Redwood are the only dece ones.. im planning on getting some more bigger fish / would like some unusal fish not just ya common ones so was trying my luck seeing if theirs any fish shops im not aware of

hey am thinking of getting a royal pleco,i dont have any plecos an was thinking of going something diffrent to ya common pleco. i have a 400l tank an going to be getting a 940l tank so will have heaps of room to cruise around. i was just wondering if anyone has one or know about them. iv tryed researching bout it an their is alot of mixed opinions. are they slow at growing? either that or what other plecos do you sugest

what about redwood they have a few tall backgrounds?

i know it all started from the orignal quote on the spot being 1g give or take. but said would have to contact glass shop an get back to me.. an then it just esclated from their saying be this much then nex step up was its got to be 12mm base so goes up anougher 300 or something cant rember but it finally ended at one thousand six hundred an fifty dollars! an the drama continues.. i got told on the friday 8th of feb he would pick it up sometime next week so said ok. then on the wensday i still hadnt heard from him so i droped it of their got the person their to check it showed her all the bad quality of the job she said yea i can see why your not happy an got me to write down my bank account details so could put refund in said will be asap rara.. yesterday still had no $ in my account rung up saying hey ringing up to see why my refund isnt in my bank. an said ill get ahold of him get it in their asap. so today i txtd him saying hi i rung up yesterday about a refund its been a week and still no $ i shouldnt have to chase it up she said itd be i their asap i wrote down my bank account no. then i get a reply i havent checked tank yet, ill refund one iv had a look at it tomorrow. WOT A JOKE! cant tell me its been sitting outside the shop for a week or he hasnt seen it with in a week of it being back in their hands.i made sure the person their had a look all round it so wouldnt have anymore drama with it.

hey yea well im waiting for him to come pick it up.. txtd last friday saying hel get it next week after work. he said if i brake the contract refund me less 15% i said what contact i dont rember signing a contract. he said i entered a contract getting the tank custom made an that hes entitled to charge me a fee if i dont let him replace the tank. an told me to look up consumers GA an get citizens advise. i said well if you want to go from the paperwork its not even to that size. an didnt hear back from him then txtd saying ill just take the refund - 15% ..its not about the size its the build quality hense why i just want a refund not for him to build a tank right size with that finish product. has been really stressfull an im just over it so going to take the 15% hit. i could probley fight it an get a full refund from what iv been reading on consumers site but i think itl be faster an less hassel to take his fee hit an get $ i duno just over arguing my point an getting nowhere

yea that was my next step i have tryed resoning with him to not go down that parth, but its not up to a acceptable standard.. i have a receipt for a 600 x 600 its 600 x 650 so thtats not right but what it comes down to now is the quality. i am not satisfied with the quality of it an dont want to get anougher tank the right size in that quality. i dont know how to make fish tanks but can see i wouldnt trust it with 970l of water in it.

i txtd him saying ill be dropping the tank off sometime this week. if you wish you can sell it as is an said the price an told them id be happy with $... amount -$50 of the total price an we leave it at that. then he txtd me back saying you prove it is not what you orderd and i will refund without question, you dont have any right to return without it. i have already offerd to make you anougher one at glue cost only due to you thinking you orderd something other than was finalised. so i said i dont want to make this anymore of a hassel than it is. its not what i have receipt for anyway and i know what i was told. simple solution refund and we end of good terms. havent heard back. what are my rights? iv been trying to look thru the consumers act and all that. i have a tank thats 2.1 x600 x650 i have a reciept for 2.1x600x600.. what can i do?

yea i have pm'd Alan an been looking thru consumers gaurntee its worded funny but ill nut it out.. cant wait for this drama to be over im even loosing sleep over it lol.. thanks for all your help guys
