No, but I googled it, and people use mesh but now to fine, so the roots can still grow but it help separate the substrates? Is this what your looking for?
My mate had a problem with his scooter (I think it was a battery issue can't remember now) and he took it in to the local motorcycle shop. They fixed it up for him easy. His scooter has done 15K Kms+ now and a few years old now. Maybe try a few of them?
Thanks for the offer! Can you PM me a price for about 35 odd that are 175mm long to compensate for the size of the end of it? And courier? (It has to go through one 100mm post, then have enough room left on the end for it to screw into the second post, if that makes sense?) Thanks
I assume Tex (Tek?) screws, screw in the same way as any other. Is there any benefit of using Tex screws vs Coach screws?
Thanks again
 if I were to use screws I minus well use glue as well
Rough idea
2 piece intersection
Hopefully this one makes sense still, there is the third piece of wood behind the square bit. :slfg:
3 piece intersection
Yeah, I was thinking of using two screws per 2 corner or 4 per 3 pieces of wood intersection
Ill get a picture of what I mean in a second.
@smidey, the tank is 170x55x58 but will only probably be filled 30-40cm/58cm
Yeah it was the coach screws at mega 10 that I saw, but if I use them in the same structure above its going to cost me $60 in screws.
Hi all
I've been looking at building a stand out of 100x100s and it would cost me about $150 all up. Wood would cost about $100 ($70 for the 100x100s + a sheet of MDF for walls ect.) and probably about $50 for screws and paint ect.
But I'm having trouble finding 150mm screws. Does anyone know where to find these?
Or is using liquid nails enough (I doubt it but worth an ask)? Or maybe liquid nails + a thick piece of dowel like Bishop used to make their tank stand? I'll get a picture of what I mean in a second. Link to the stand 3rd or 4th picture down I think?

I wouldn't add BNs, even though puffers are small they are aggressive to most fish.
Ottos are a kind of catfish, small and eat algae. You may be luck, you may not be, all depends on the personality of the fish.
Ahh that's where I went couldn't remember the correct name. We didn't goin many stores just walked outside of them, most had stalls outside. Saw some big arowanas, betas in plastic bags and some pretty massive display tanks except they weren't really display as there was like 5 of them in one store
Haha, I stayed in Tsim Sha Shiu when we went to Hong Kong in '09. Stayed on Nathan road. I never saw many fish stores, except in the fish markets !drool:
