Well done Mcrudd.. I've started running again and I've slowly been increasing the distance that I run and have noticed that I am running faster each time.

Updatey Time! Change lights to G24s and did a massive trim/removed moss on right. I mainly did the trim to et rid of the BGA. It looks soo empty.

They are about £8 ( most of the time it's cheapest to buy in pounds) depending on how many LEDs you want in the bulb depends on how much you pay. £8 would get you 35-36Leds per bulb you can pay a few pounds more and get 50 LEDs per bulb.
