How does one accurately measure ones body fat index? Can't just stick your weight and height in a calculator, doesn't seem like it'd be 100% accurate. Too many variables and I hear muscle weighs 3x more than fat unsure if it's true or not.

My trainer did my skin folds.

Skin folds can be inaccurate due to excess skin too

I know right. I'm about to eat three eggs and a bowl of porridge. There isn't even going to be bacon!

I've managed to get my body fat down from 25%, down to 17%.

Also managed to take my lifts from very little to one hell of a lot more than before

Thanks. I found it hard to believe the lady considering most people that have tropical tanks have fairly small tanks eg 50-60L and most people that have tropical tanks have lights lol
