    The What's Up? thread.

Its hard, you could see her rewind her mind and think about everything and every fairytale we told her. I can't believe that kids are so cruel. I hope your daughter takes it well, My son was ten and when we told him, he said: "yeah I knew, its quite obvious that you and "santa" use the same wrapping paper LOL But my daughter struggled We are Christian too, but we wanted our kids to have some fairytale in their lifes as well. Stef did not once doubt God when she bought all the fairytales up, I really get upset with Christians that mess up little things like that, I think its selfish

Awww I have a sad little 8 year old girl today. Last night she got told that we are Santa, she immidiately started asking about all the other fairytales like the toothfairy and the easterbunny, she was so upset she did not even finish her supper. My son was ten when we told him, but because of bullying at school we had to tell her earlier, she was bullied for being the only child in her class still believing in santa and the toothfairy. She has only lost two little teeth so far, so its a shame that her world had to come tumbling down so soon :tears:
  3. If they have none listed or you would prefer the 100gram bag for $20 just shout out and I will ask my friend to list some
  4. Kids are on their bikes, they cycle to a park and play there until we are done. Its a bit too far for them, with the 6km run they stayed on their bikes but not with the 10. They had a ball
  5. Big run done !!! We ran 10.05km in 1 hour and 44 minutes, our pace was slower it was 10 minutes 20 seconds per kilometer, but we are just impressed that we completed the whole ten kilometers without stopping We ran with the idea in mind that we would stop and walk once we get too tired, but we ended up completing it. Next week it will be 3,3 and 5 then the week after 5,5, and 10 once the marathon is closer then we will push it to 15. Now I need a nice cool shower

Oh no, hope you feel better soon and can go for runs again. Are you taking it slow though. We started off with a couple of metres and worked our way up over the last 12 weeks now.
  10. My friend sells it, she told me about it when I told her my heels were sore after my first 5km run. It is magic. I think its $8 for a 30g bag and $20 for a 100g, not too sure about the price, but its amazing stuff. I have re used the same piece two times now since its just for my heel. I put a plaster first and then the trampers friend so it does not get sweaty or wet. Its would work wonders for your toes, people rave about it on the website http://trampersfriend.com/ they weave it inbetween their toes, ofcourse my toes allready have their own special compartment so I don't need it LOL

Also discovered an amazing product I use in my shoes through a friend, its called trampers friend, its amazing. It protects my skin on my heel while running.
