u should stock some jags a few black belt they would look cool when they full grow, i got 4 waiting for my big tank.. hey the chocolate cichild i got off David still looking cool.. as with Aro...they can be hard to maintain..like David said the amount of food you have to feed them..that could cause a little hole in the pocket. good luck man, i will load my pics when i get my tank made.

The remaining frys with parent are now three time the size of the frys that i cull out week ago.. this show parent are doing great job of looking after their baby.. I am starting to lose many frys that i took out at the begining..

update, I cull 100s of frys out last nite.. :bounce: woow the parent are real pizz!!

OMG..No snake here please!! i hate snake..." scary reptile imagine, I wouldnt like to see our kids get snake bite when they doing some bush walk! i once was on a holiday, at the street market a kid was selling baby cheetah! boy that as so cool.., I really wanted to buy it but do know what to do wityh it later on..!

I dont understand!! out of the eggs been laid, 20% hatch now the rest got fusy growth!.. the riddle is why the jags is not eating the bad eggs?? why are they still guarding it? :roll:

UG work good if filter pad is to be place 1st before topping up with sand,, I am a real fan of them, they work well for me.. :bounce:

i wont forget you Duncan I was thinkng of getting a uv filter to raise them, i read some infos from Monster Fish Keeping forum, some guy recommend uv filter to help cichlid frys like EBJD,Jags..survive any tips Duncan? :bounce:

I have found the best way to do that is by attaching thread to their eyelashes and playing- lets chase the remote control car kiddos. :lol: :lol: dont know why kids love to tamper with a man pet fish... when u back home from work seeing a bunch of kids playing indoor..its alway got me worry! :evil: I was watching some chineese movie, they used finger torture.. wonder if could find some string & timber to make one! :lol: :lol:

Hey guys iam so amazed!! I got home from work and take a quick peek at my new breeding pair of Jags Holly molly..”Some one had moved the big driftwood from one side to the another? Pebble stone 1-1.5kg had also been moved! I quickly ran down stair and torture all the little school holiday brat! After the the confiscate of toys they were innocent, I have never seemed any thing like this before, Iam sooo amazed the jags had moved such heavy object!

I missed out changing water for 2 week. every things was bad.. I used under ground filter like Phil .C style, :oops: :oops: I dont intend to eat the fish fillet, i am feeding it to my big cichlid fish.. Just a question? has any ever eat tropical fish before? :oops: what do they taste like?

Dear Fish lord, Last nite my silver dollars tank water nitrate when to the roof, killing 8 adult silver dollars.. Hmmm..I got home they were floating gasping.. There were 7 still remain alive,. I did a autopsy, all female dollars had a great number of eggs.. Then I start to scale the dollars and fillet them.. After that slice fillet into thin strip.. And place them in a clean plastic bag and ready to use.. xxx

I was thinking buying Dee 6ft with big cichlid fish put together with small turtles from pet shop.. I am concerning about the disease between fish and turtles..? hey what this non gravel bathing things..? tank filteration would take care of all waste from fish and turtles dont they..? OMG iam digging into trouble here dont i..
