  2. Yes, the Pakuranga Night markets definitely have some nice things to eat, I will go back again with an empty stomach too.
  3. what is it? How big is it? is it legal? do I need a 8 tonne truck? will it fit in a small car? Do I need a small army to move it?

  5. for hidey holes, you could use some of your coffee cups from the cupboard
  6. I have used Google Sketchup quite a bit. in fact I used it to draw up our factory plans. Architect could then do what I want them to do from the drawings I provided him. very easy learning curve as well. and it can do what you want it to do.
  7. I miss out every time!!!! :an!gry was down there for nearly a week late last year, not even a rumble from passing trucks.
  8. I have found the Avondale markets on Sunday mornings better than the Otara Markets. more places selling fresh vegies at Avondale. Otara seems to be more craft type things. the night markets at Pakuranga on Saturday 6pm to midnight are interesting, lots of asian food to buy, so if you are hungry its great. must go see at least once. I went last weekend. Yet to see the Royal Oak one.
  9. Family can't decide whether to go or not. But at least the hotel is walking distance to town, and there is a really nice fish n chip shop by the wharf. Still havent' got my A into G yet.... ... soooo tired at the moment. :-?

  12. the fastest route for me is. auckland, Matamata, Tauranga (back road), TePuke, Matata, coastal road, whakatane for me, it takes around 3 hours, leisurely drive, it would take 3.5 hours I found that there are too many towns to slow down for, if you go the other route through Paeroa and waihi.
