  1. Completely off topic I know but I've been thinking - Do BN's like need a cave? Cause mine have a big log to hide under/in but I don't know if it's enough... Would it be a good idea to make a cave? Anyway, enough of the tangent...
  2. Surely if someone wanted them it would be fine? I can accept there are purists out there (Heil Hitler?) but everyones gotta love the half casts every now and then.

  4. I watched up until paper then fell asleep so went to bed lol. I knew they invited gun powder in the back of my mind but not the rest of it. Pretty awesome really. I loved the 2008 guys banging on the clay instruments with the lights and stuff. That was amazing. Especially when they started doing the numbers countdown. Spectacular.

  9. My cat had a gaping wound that he had ripped open from drains that had been placed into his leg to drain an abscess, though I didn't see it until like 8pm at night so I rushed him to the 24hour vet and they told us to wait until the morning and take him to our regular vet. Still charged us around $80 for the visit though.
  10. The sweat from their pads is too cool them down. But I didn't know that about salt - thats really interesting, kinda like the big rant I went on about the cells and what not.
  11. Normally with "No food," fluids (i.e. water) is always allowed. Such as it is with humans and fasting for bloodtests and such, water is a necessity and they wouldn't expect you to give your pooch none Ignore that, I just re-read what you actually said - my bad!
  12. 100% Positive. I'm doing an animal course at uni, worked in pet stores for 3 years, and been a cat lover for all my 18 years. Unless your cat craps inside then you won't see the results of their illness. Like most lactose intolerant people, they get the runs. Sometimes vomiting, but mainly lots and lots of diarrhea
  13. Dogs do sweat - from the pads in their feet. There are also glands located all over the body that produces sweat. Though depending on the amount of tonic salt your dog ingested that could be a major cause, too much salt for any creature is bad. As our cells are mainly water based and so when heaps of salt is ingested, the cells try to absorb the salt to create an equilibrium of the inside and outside of cells. This however causes the cells to swell to a hypertonic state and can cause them to burst (as it just keeps on ingesting the salt to equalise the concentration). This is why when you're a shipwreck survivor when you drink salt water it always kills you faster. Best to wait it out and try to be rescued.
  14. Cats are lactose intolerant. Any dairy products can make them violently ill. In saying that, I too feed my cats lots of yoghurt because they love it. But seriously, thats why you should never give them cows milk, always pet milk.
  15. No idea . . . Probably: Queens of the Stone Age - Era Vulgaris
  16. Here are a few from this website: http://linesthataregood.com/lame.html I'd marry your cat just to get in the family. You make my software turn to hardware! Do you have a boyfriend? [No] Want one? [Yes] Well, when you want a MANfriend, come and talk to me Pardon me, are you in heat?! Lolololololol
  17. Rofl, these are hillarious. It's AWESOME. Anymore?
