Move the tank into a shaded part of room. This is basically all you can do.
I've found that neither ottos or bristlenoses eat the green spot algae. I think it's too hard for them. I've only really seen them eat the brown algae.
My boys are usually peaceful with eachother, but I have a dwarf gourami in the same tank as them and the gourami never gets tired of trying to pick a fight with the rams
I bought some "borneo sword" from HFF about a month ago. They havn't really grown at all. Are the borneo swords actually peace lillies and should I take them out and get another plant?
