  1. Its a Notopterus chitala ornata without the dots.
  2. I have access to Hundreds overseas but its a matter of finding an importer in New Zealand to purchase. Is there a forum post somewhere with a list of fish importers so I can get in contact with them to arrange something maybe?
  3. So are newts classed as Amphibians not reptiles? New to newts, but am in love already with them.
  4. Why if they are allowed, will getting them be hard?
  5. Do the newts go through the same quaranteening process as the fish? How does it work with reptiles in NZ?

  9. Just enquiring as to how available they are over there and pricing? What other stock do we have that you guys want? Also, when I visit next year, where are the best places to look at exotics or any type of pleco as I wont be able to resist viewing aquariums? Will wholesalers/importers open there doors as would love to do a New Zealand fish crawl. Thanks

  11. Whats the scientific name of these fish, especially the ice blue one as it may be easier to rule out by researching cichlid forum? Thanks PS: is it possible that any are crossed at all as I know mbuna will breed with anything even Dimidiochromis.
  12. Thanx for that. How many babies do they have at a time, 20, 30, 40% less than normals? Do they grow as big as normal BN? Sorry for hijacking this post fishtv.

  16. Thank you, what do they sell for over there? Does everyone have or breed them as being ancistrus I assume there are plenty? They look awesome with the black eyes.

  19. Sounds like you have a jardini with personality. You may want to stick to maybe 1 or 2 foods only, the ones he may accept easily? All the best anyway.
  20. Just like to say hello to you all over there in the 2nd most beautiful country in the world! I love all types of fish and currently keep a few L numbers and a few exotics. I started with marine fish and am looking to get back into it. Anyways, enuff of my waffling and onto enjoying and contributing to this forum! :bounce:
