In the future I'd like to keep carpets with some other native marines. What are some interesting husbandry tips you have picked up? What sex ratio do you have?
What other species are in there? Is that a bluenose?
I moved all the marines i have had for about 2 1/2 yrs into that tank just recently, all of these have come in as small or larval fish.Bearded Cod
Species are:
- Red Cod 4
- Bearded Cd 1
- Yellow eyed Mullet 2
- Kahawai 1
- Sweep 2
- Dwarf Scorpionfish 2
- Warehou, lost 2 to the School Shark, why he had to go lol
- Carpet Sharks 1 male 2 female

Yes they are, they are starting to harass their tank mates of a night time.
They are now at a breeding age and size so have my fingers crossed.

All the water they have been swimming in is collected from the harbour also the coral rock used was cleaned then made live in the same water with no cross contamination from any tropical marine equipment etc.so yes they can go back.
