Infact my G. brasiliensis don't even try to eat 1cm golden barb fry.

Breeding now. At about 12cm the male. The female is half the size the male, but they are the same age.

I got G. brasiliensis in a community tank. Not aggressive at all. Even at feeding time, I have seen them gently push corys away from the food( every funny to watch) and thats it.

Had bit of a blow. Had a ammonia spike and killed them off. The female is now ready to do another batch, just waiting for the male to get interested.

koura do not like temps over 20 degrees. I would say that 20 c degree is max for koura. The suckers probably died becuase the koura died and polluted the water.

I don't think so. Monkeys work for peanuts and politicians work for 6 figure incomes. So unless working for peanuts is a weak gene and didn't carry over in the cross breeding....

I know someone that is adament that their swordtails cross breed with there guppies. There evidence is solely that some guppy fry develop swordtails. I can't convince them that it is not the case. I even said to them "If guppies and swordtails can cross-breed then humans and monkeys could too, it's the same thing. And if monkeys and humans could cross-breed then maybe some un-name famous person would have some questions to answer to.'

I got 10cm geos, I put in a 1cm golden barb in their tank and they never took notice of it. Maybe try them in the community tank.

More like male guppies go for any fish species male or female. Number one playboys of the tank world.

. I got some limpets in my tropical tank, they are from the waikato river. Is there more than one speices? I have not seen these ones glow when disturb. Also this ones are only a couple of mm long and transperant.

I got a guppy with a parasitic twin, about 4 months old now.

Try catching them a couple of hours after dark, when they are sleeping. You still have to be quick about it, but it is easier.

Try going to bunnings for and adaptor fitting. And get a metal one if possible.

What is the dose? eg 1cup of tea to 25ltrs?

Just an idea. Thought I would put it out there, to see if it had been done or if I was just barking mad. I would imagine that tea bags would be clean and tidy, not messing up the tank.
