i use Safari on my ipod IE on laptp and firefox on desktop

so whats the best way to clean a frog tank? and the glass seems dirty on the inside ive tryed to wash it off with warm water and a clean cloth but it dosnt come off is there anything stronger i can use that wont hurt the frog?
