iv got a golden zebra loach that likes to go as far as possible in to a crack underneath the bog wood and a pleco that eats food of the surface of the water nothing really funny tho, except the time when my 2 zebra loaches starting swimming around in circles (back flips)

1 year garantee is fine, becuase if something bad is going to happen to your tank it would happen in the 1st year (i.e silicon letting go of the glass). The tank will be fine if its made by a professional that uses the right thickness of glass etc etc

use acid cure silicon, and as for the cucumber etc, you can tell just by looking at it, i have a pleco and he sucks out the middle and leaves the skin behind, think of it has sandpaper on wood.

there was plenty of sludge and algea at the bottom where most of them were, there a few big ones (i think from a previous batch)

its a 3 stage filter so they had some time before they got to the impeller :lol: right now there in there own little tank. they just look like normal fry but with really faint fine stripes. Im not 100% sure there all convict fry becuase the last batch that hatched from the cons was about 2-3 weeks ago, and most of the fry that i found look like they just hatched and i know there not cons becuase i check everyday for convict eggs and i feed them to my other fish :lol:

Decided to clean my ext canister filter this morning, took the top off and to my surprise there were a few fry swimming around... so i took out the compartments and at the bottom there were about 10-20 more fry swimming around. im guessing they were in there for atleast a week and they look happy, even have some big ones :lol:

dont leave any veges in the tank for more than 24hours (same goes with sinking foods) trying blending up some peas and cucumber etc and freezing it and then attach to the bottom of the tank
