kuhli's (however you spell it :oops: ) are great I love my 3 one of my favourite fish, then again all my fish are my favourites :lol: I have had my dwarf gourami for ages with no problems - I would love to get him a g/f but can't seem to find any around :-? Sorry I can't help with the harlequins question but I would be interested to find out though

Hey, Fishies are going great thanks, well I am just going to get rid of a couple of my smaller 100ltr tanks and put them in the new bullet tank. Then again I am getting very tempted to set it up as a cichlid tank so im little undecided. hehe Damn fishies being all pretty and cool :lol: :lol: Has anyone got any good idea's ?????

Hi Everyone, I am about to set up a new 4ft tank and need all the bits and pieces for it..... This is what I am after enough gravel/stones to cover a 4ft tank (wanting darker ones this time :lol: ) Loads of cheap plants just to get me going any nice pieces of drift wood the larger the better And theres probably heaps of other things I need that I can't remember right now so if anybody could help me out that would me great if you could let me know what you have available and a price :lol: :lol: Thanks HEAPS in advance

Yup they are bubble nest breeders, he will make the bubble nest and then she will come along and lay her eggs in there. If you want to babies to survive then you will have to seperate them but others on this site will be able to give more detail :lol: :lol: Good luck with the babies

Thanks for the info, I already have frozen bloodworms, freeze dried bloodworms, freeze dried tubaflex (opps spelling), colour bits, two types of flakes and these other type of pellets and I do try to give all my fish something different every day. Is there any thing in that list I shouldn't give them?? I had microworms but didn't like them that much, so if I can get white worms I will (willing to pay + shipping) OH ALSO does anyone know where I can get BBS but not pay $55 (or is this a normal price)??????

Well they do that, they stick themselves together and I have seen it quite a few times, but I am unsure how long they do it for as they are in a tank with lots and lots of rocks and driftwood. I have seen them together for at least 2 or 3 hours but I have not really taken to much notice so could be longer :-? :-?

Thanks for the link They are bright red just like all the others I have seen, the first lot were laid 4 weeks ago, then again 2 weeks ago and then again last weekend. Nothing happens and I accidently squished one pulling it off after it being there for three weeks and it has guey red stuff inside.......YUK

I have had 3 sets of eggs from my 2 golden apple snails but i have had none hatch, if I have 2 girls will they still be laying and just not fertilized? Any help would be great.

Yea that would be nice I have 5 baby GBA's growing up which will end up in the big tank in a month or two and I will put the BN's in one of the other tanks. Nah I have only been to animates and hutt pets when I am in auckland in a weeks time I have planned to go to jansens and hollywoods though :bounce: and maybe the goldfish bowl in hams... We are also moving at the end of the year so I might change the gravel then???? Will be a bit of a HUGE job doing the move in the first place so will decide when the time comes
