You know, it was just an idea, mabey canisters are the way to go.
with the aging bins,
would you recomend getting one?
What sort of containers do people use?
Ps in our hose to get that much water the garden hose is probably the only realistic option
What is the point of an aging drum?
And
Could you have a sump for a freshwater tank with canister filters on return?
Ps. To hide heater etc and to make larger volume
Pipes for canister filters have to turn some rather awkward corners and thought that idf I used those black irrigation fittings it would solve the problem, I was thinking the push fittings with plastic hose clip and didn't know there was an alternitive.
You know those black plastic fittings used for irrigation eg t junction etc, are they safe for aquarium use?
Also what glue do people use for joining pvc that is safe for aquariums?
two aqua one cf1200 filters (1200l per hour) inline
(eg filter 1 sucking water from aquarium and pumping it into 2nd filter which is sending the water back to the aquarium)
Would it work?
I have always found that they give brilliant advice and dont try and sell you all the chemicals and this that and the next thing, like OTHER shops in chch do.
