  1. minus 100 man points for naming your fish. minus a further 50 man points for that name being Serenity.

how tall are your tanks? what would you consider tall, 900mm?
  3. for me i have no issue at all with any race immigrating here that would like to be part of our country, i am particularly interested in others cultures & how they operate. the people that come here & don't assimilate or spend their time moaning that we are doing it all wrong & need to change I would like to see head home.

i agree with this, especially as your tank is far taller than standard tanks. If it was only half the height it would be much less of an issue being 7mm on the piss.
  5. i agree, outstanding. "ranga white legs" :slfg:
  6. @ bishop - are you fighting to clear osama's name as being innocent in this thread?
  7. i have seen that show most weeks now & enjoy it every time.

i bet the discus enjoy that tank shape, nice work. it would make a sick tang tank but i would say that
  10. my trophs pay for themselves which is great, i don't know of many hobbies that do that.
  11. what temp is the luggage compartment in a plane at altitude?
  12. that would be wicked. it is amazing the life that is in lake tanganyika. as well as the cichlids we do & want to keep there are otters, water snakes, terrapin & a swag of birds. it's like a fresh water sea.
  13. that barnacle cluster is close to the front of the tank. when you get too close for its liking it dives to the bottom of the barnacle, turns around & stares at you.
  14. not cropped but another pic
  15. the picture they showed of his body looked like him
  16. they always have the "don't look at me, i didn't do it" expression.
  17. i am on tank water & no issues, thankfully a air of concrete tanks for my tangs. the water changes consume around 250L per week which is equivalent to three or four showers i guess so i just don't let the kids bathe. :sml2: joking! the water used for changes is small in comparison to overall usage for us.
  18. after keeping a few different types of fish i totally agree.
  19. here are a few pics from my Tanganyikan Community Tank, not the best photography work but you get the idea.
  20. i have an android phone & i find it far easier to go to my pc for anything more than a basic email or text even with a keyboard to use on the phone. typing any amount of data/info on the keyboard or touch screen of mine is much more time consuming than sitting at a pc. i guess if you have the need to record it immediately onto a phone then great but it seems like making it harder than it really needs to be.
  21. i am sure that the ones watching this with their popcorn will point the appropriate stick in the right place when needed.
  22. now that they have chopped off the telebans head, i wonder how many more it will grow.
  23. i am picking the water pump fins have corroded so not enough flow is being made edit: forget this now that i have read your post properly.
  24. is there that much to take in? what info would you need to have on hand? the only things i need to remember are feeding in the morning and afternoon which I do on the way past to & from the car & do a water change every weekend.
