I was in Hongkong myself a few weeks ago, did you see how they sell the fish there? they bag the fish and hang them on the wall just like lollies. I will post some photos when I get the chance.

Mine are doing fine, the biggest is nearly hitting 4 inches now.

Mine loves Nutrafin Max flakes, mysis shrimps, cichlids sticks and occasional white worm and shrimps.

I only change 30% water and will clean the filter on other times, these will prevent getting rid of good bacteria.

Hi Shell Are you getting your fronts overthere from Darren aka Sealord, he's got some nice fronts on his website. My fronts are doing well and growing fast the biggest is nearly hitting the 4 inches mark. Once again thanks for giving us the chance to have this wonderful fish.

I have clown loaches and Juliis with my fronts and they seem to be doing well.

Good point there Frenchy, the Alpha could just be a Burundi with bad stripes and mooning, that is why it looks like a hybrid, I have posted my fronts to other forums and they all recon its Burundi, so hopefully you are right.

Hi Fishboi How do you change the water without siphoning out the fry? I have some fry at the moment and have not change the water for 2 weeks now, they are so tiny and I might siphon them out of the tank.

Some Shubunkins have patterns/colours like Koi. I have a few in my pond and they look like Koi although smaller

How thick is the glass? if its 10mm or less I wont remove the partition. And why do you want to get rid of the sump holes? you need a decent filtration to run that size tank and sump is the way to do it.

There are lots of stuff in our house plumbing that are made from brass. Taps, connectors etc. so if its safe for us it will be safe for fish.

Speaking of Hybrid, Hollywood Albany is selling some fish which is crossed from Nicaraguans and Convict Cichlids.

How big are your Demasonis Matt? I used to have 10 but sold 5 and they are around 4-5 cm long. I still cant see any sign that they are ready to breed, they are with Electric yellows at the moment.
