    Dead Cockatoo

hi mark, i had the same thing last weekend with my cockatoos and still dont really know what happened to em. but as sharn said it could be aggresion? if u are going to replace her id get 2 females instead of just havin a pair as the male will probably spawn with both, just have seperate caves at each end of the tank. good luck and i hope u find your problem

    dead discus

hey sharn & bk, thanks for your replies. ok heres the answers 2 your questions: didnt see any white stringy poos and i usually use rainwater for water changes not straight tap water if i have to use tap water i use stress coat. however i havent used tap water in the last 2-3 weeks anyway. dont feed any beef heart, just tropical flakes, color bits & tubifex occasaionallythe other 3 discus seem fine, bright colours, eating heaps. cockatoo still alive but lookin sad is still in the same place as when i left 4 work. :-?

  18. hey matt ive got 2 females and 1 male which id be keen 2 swap but cant catch them im the guy who sold u the angels a while ago off trademe. i tried to catch 4 about an hour but they way 2 quick  . if i have any luck ill let ya know. they annoying the hell out of my cockatoos who are guarding eggs
  19. how long have they been in there? i wouldnt do anything at this stage if theyre new to the tank, this sounds likepretty normal cichlid behaviour to me, theres allways a pecking order, but after a while they usually become a bit more tolerant(and i say usually) with all the cichlids ive had this has been the case. anyways good luck theyre cool fish 8)
