I blend it all in the blender, blend up the shrimp brocolli and pea's (they make less mess if you shell them but it takes for ages) and used to blend the geletin through but it seems to make all the rest of it too fine for my big fish so I think ill lightly blend it and mix the geletin through from now on, you might be best to blend it while your fish are small, also chuck some garlic in for parasites

lol yeah that would do it.. Forget that people might have that.. Maybe search for the same thing for vista? Or just open the imagine in paint and do it the old fashioned way.. What does vista use for image viewing? Also sometimes you can do it on your camera..

oh and regarding resizing photos the best tool ive found is called ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe you can get it from here http://www.filewatcher.com/m/ImageResiz ... 6.0.0.html (I got it for my wife to resize photos on bebo lol :roll: ) but basically you install it and then right click on a photo and select resize (its an option the program adds) select the size you require I usually go VGA 480 x whatever then click go and it does it and saves it in the same folder easy as

The couriers are awesome unfortunately I got told off yesterday the ladies at the post shop said they had been contacted about me shipping fish and they were told not to accept them from me or anyone else anymore, so they suggested that I keep sending them because there haven't been any problems, but just dont write live fish on the box so they dont know whats in there.. But they're very speedy from here thats for sure! Keep in touch and cant wait to see some pics as they grow! They will be hard to catch pics of at this stage being so small but they wont take long to size up, Evil's ones grew like weeds so ask what he's been feeding!

Just gave him an extra of each fish and bristlenoses that he didn't ask for.. If I have the fish I always chuck in extras, and yeah they were small will grow really fast in that sized tank!

Yeah I was wondering how aquarium bred hybrids (usually created in china or somewhere like that) can make it into the natural environments to dilute the natural fish?

My vet said they could sell me prazi from a drench and if they had one open it would be cheap...

Yeah agreed fish keeping is like everything else people can only offer their opinions on what they would do and what works for them.. There are some basics most people will agree on but almost everything else is opinionated and all you can do is get all the opinions and go with the one you agree with the most

lol I can tell you that.. Hes getting 13 demasoni 7 yellow's 2 bristlenoses and 5 maileri peacocks Hes getting a few extras that he doesn't know about lol

My 5 x 2 x 2 tank is made using black silicon it looks good but want to do repairs to it and haven't had much luck finding any black silicon to do it with

I kept them in 3 but would get as many as you can afford as they are social little guys

I kept yellows and clown's together and they did really well clown's were happy and growing swimming around fully coloured eating etc even with the high PH.. Some don't like it but it worked for me, I had to add a little salt every now and then to get rid of white spot but that was only once in a blue moon when I stressed the clowns out.. As for size you could get some small ones and keep them for ages as they grow really really slow.. You will know when/if they outgrow it!

Your tank is big enough to give them a go Good luck with the rams ive had many of them and spent alot of $$ on them had them all last a few months but eventually fade away..

They could be kept together bearing in mind the rams might get agro if breeding though how big is your tank? Another consideration is if you can actually keep them alive lol

Yeah it is a mess especially when they reclassify fish and you cant get them anymore because they're still under the old name on the list.. Think this happened with red empress

lol unfortunately alot of stores wont advocate or promote a site or anything probably even more so this one because people sell fish alot cheaper on here than they do And yes they could do alot of things to give good advice, but I don't think they would make as much money And thats what it comes down to in the end for them I guess..

Yeah I think this maybe dreaming too I doubt there would be many in nz with the time/money/determination to build something of this scale would be nice and id love to be wrong and see the original poster build and see some pics! Guess we will see..

I think it just comes down to $$ and cents, alot of us know what were talking about but earn alot more than what we could at a petshop.. And they seem to have a high staff turn over as people get better jobs.. Also it probably comes down the fact people wont get a refund if they kill fish so any sale is a sale regardless if they give bad advice and they die..

Be careful mentioning group buy on this forum it is against the rules here and the powers that be will jump on it
