Tread50
Nice, what are the dimensions? Wide tanks are cool!!Thanks 1000x800x600mm around 480ltrs. On another note you have Geophagus correct? How many would you rocommend to put in this tank as it is currently set up only thing I will be adding is a sand substrate. I was thinking 5-6 and some small plecos to fill the gaps, I know they can get to 30cm so I would remove some of the driftwood as they grow. Less than that and there might not be enough fish to spread the aggression between. I think the biggest one I've had was about 28cm TL when it died, so you can probably budget on them getting more like 22-25cm on average. Tread50
Where do you get Geos from? I've never seen them at a LFSI got them from HFF Mt Albert. I hadn't seen any for a long time either but they seem to have a few at the moment, I also asked at New Pupuke he doesn't stock them in the shop but can get them in. gligor
