Grandad had overfed them :roll: :lol: My blue ram is fine. He was also used during cycling the tank. I don't see how people struggle with them? What is the temp, pH, KH, GH, TDS, water change schedule etc. Along with diet, these should be the first things to look at when struggling with a certain fish. Can't speak for anyone else but my 430lt tank gets 20% water change every week. PH 7.0 Ammonia 0 Nitrites 0 Nitrates 0 GH 71.6 KH 89.5 Temp 26.5 There are 2 external filters running on this tank so plenty of flow. I think the blues I got were already carriers of a parasite as many new fish introduced are. Obviously very stressful fish and the stress lets the parasite take hold. That's my opinion anyway.
