Joshlikesfish
I have a big container of NLS marine pellets. I want to feed them to my tetra etc since my two clowns wont go through so many pellets. Is there something in marine specific food that will be bad for my freshwaters? Zev
My freshies love the marine pellets. There is no mention of salt on the label, but it does contain kiwi

Zev
it just says 'kiwi' on the label!
GrahamC
Probably for constipation (jk), and vitamin C. From memory, Kiwi fruit has one of the highest concentrations of vitamin C. The vitamin D presumably is a result of the Antarctic krill content. Interestingly the Hikari FD-Krill food which is for both fresh and marine fish states that it has been formulated to be low in salt in comparison with competing brands. Caryl
Kiwifruit is definitely good to keep things moving and is an excellent source of vitamin C.
