He put the lastremaining leaf in a different tank, and after 3 months in there finally grew another... and another... and now its really bushy and good looking. The hair algae is also doing very well for itself and I found a bottle brush to wrap it around and pull it out once a week. You can't really see it unless you look closely, or if it gets something stuck in it. I moved the cherry barbs in here to see if they were eating their eggs/fry, they seem to get on OK with the remaining CPDs and erythromicrons. The CPDs have all died one by one, some went thin first, some didn't. They all ended up as floaters. There is one emerald dwarf rasbora left and he is living with the mosquito rasbora.
