Insect Direct
was growing emersed in a very small shallow stream, full sun.
Insect Direct
and will it grow in a frog tank, emersed. with just two daylight fluros?
alanmin4304
Doesn't look like my emersed glosso but have no idea what it is. As for growing it with frogs---try and see then report back

Joe
Callitriche stagnalis. Can be grown emersed, and submerged (shown in the picture from my book), but does not do well in tropical water from my experience. EDIT: And it doesn't smell either. Neon
I agree with fordayzbro - I've had the same plant and I think it's Elatine gratioloides (cos that's what Supasi said ) Here's my post with a pic of the plant in my pond: http://www.fnzas.org.nz/fishroom/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=44504&p=482948#p482948
supasi
Hard to tell with the pic providie. Callitriche stagnalis is more fleshy than E. gratioloides , and has more dense growth. Here is a picture of C.stagnalis close up Notice the shape of the leaf and the veination. The veins are not so obvious on Elantaine. Here is a pic of Elantaine Both are similar and both are in NZ The ones in our pics Neon is Elantaine and I think IDs one is Callitriche
