I dont like him doing it, but he loves it and he is kept on pretty short leash for most things but im inclined to let him tear his paper if he likes it so much. thing is, is it safe? all that ink - its no longer lead based is it? he even rolls around in it. My Father was most annoyed when he bought our daughter a little dog toy when she was a toddler, he offered it to her to play with and she shied away from it - when he squeezed it and it made a noise, she instantly burst into tears.
