lmsmith
Nope, he's big puff. He's just a fatty. He's that fat always. He was really skinny and sad looking when I got him, so I think he's making up for lost time now. He may also have some stones in his tummy, there were 3 2mm pebbles in his tank that have disappeared....

lmsmith
Go check out my pufferfish thread in the unusual fish forum. There are fresh, brackish and salt water puffers. Test dwarf puffers are purely fresh water.

Dixon1990
i know  They were being kept with Monos, bumblebee gobys and Plecos and they were nipping fins of the other fish
Ira
i know  They were being kept with Monos, bumblebee gobys and Plecos and they were nipping fins of the other fish Sounds about right, they're very aggressive nippers. Brazillian puffers are about the least aggressive and mine would still tear chnks out of small tetras throats and stomachs on a regular basis.
