Thanks for sharing the pics it looks like a good setup :)

I think it is very hard to figure out what would make things better for us here in NZ regarding fish, I also wonder if we would ever be happy with what we have and what we can get, a bit like money can we ever have enough?

I don't think price is the issue with people keeping fish, even if discus were 50C each there would still be a large number of people who don't want to get fish poo water on their hands/don't have the time to look after them/don't want their carpets wet etc etc.. It is a very limited and specialised market.. All I can say is if you have big plans and theories that you believe in that much write up a business plan and do it, I would love to see you be right :)

hey DAuckland, what an awsome place to visit, did you get a good look into how the tanks where run? like where they all connected together with a large sump or did each tank have its own filtration setup?

hi...thanks...yes..i he recently teach me on how to setup, taking care expertly...etc...currently i own discus room aprox 30++ tank...im using imported stock to breed...so that people can buy an effortable discus ..!....visit my website for more details...cheers

are you hoping to expand your setup or work on new colour varieties?

hi...thanks again....yes..im hoping to expand ...but market now is very poor...Thus. have to slow down abit...but im still doing breeding currently..(albino, LSS, Leopard, Super golden melon, checkerboard and blue diamond.)

yes im currently working new color varieties discus with some help from Martin Ng...cheers
