Perpin
Hi there everyone. I promised pics of our new Red Ear Here is Squirt (can anyone tell if its a boy or girl from the pics or is it still too early?) This is Axle, my new Olive Axylotl (not sure of the sex though) I also got a white Axylotl. I have named this one Rose but I am not sure that its a girl. I also got some green and golden bell frog tadpoles. I am feeling much better now!!!!!
phoenix44
cute! its got a long tail... but that is usually a relative way of sexing them. could be a boy. another way is by the length of the nails but he has a bit of growing to do before then  then again my turtles never had long claws cause they were always worn down. alanmin4304
Not sexable at that age. My first one of the season poked its head out of the shell this morning. Cute when little but often not so cute when older, but like many animals they all have their own personality.

nic8080
Your olive axolotl has GORGEOUS eyes! I've got a wild type axolotl called Steve... who turned out to be a girl and has laid heaps of eggs over the years! Luckily my other one was named Manu, a good unisex name.
