coelacanth
is it Phormictopus cubensis? (the taxonomy of Caribbean mygalomorphs is very confused, and I personally wouldn't vouch for any name given to tourist-trade specimens)
livingart
name supplied from overseas wholesaler is eurypelma spinicrus though after research there is some dispute over that
coelacanth
You can find dead tarantulas in cases all over South East Asia labeled as Eurypelma spinicrus. This is just a BS name that is added to any spider that's big and brown. Even found one labled Avicularia avicularia and the collection tag said Cameron highlands (Malaysia) So I suggest that it is best not take any notice of the dead ones at the airport that was from a tarantula forum
