  8. I'm fairly sure from the two pictures that they are Colisa Labiosa or Thick Lipped Gourami sometimmes sold as Orange Gouramis here are a pair of mine
  9. I was too slow to get any when Hutt Pets got them in, Next time
  10. The Barbs are still pretty young and not 100% happy I'm keeping a close eye on them but might move them back inside. not sure yet.
  11. Why not just add 1 species at a time until you know its fully stocked ? Its not hard to tell once you see it.
  12. Well done Amy , they are looking great
  13. sounds a little over stocked to me number wise but non will be large fish. I'd stock it slowly and you will get the feel when its too stocked or just right. about 24 degrees should be fine for all the above.
  14. The temp changes are not a concern, anything but , they may be a spawning trigger
  15. still feeding them until it builds up
  16. Ok, I now have fish in all three tanks Red Finned Danio's
  17. I have now got fish in two of the tanks , some red finned Danio's went in one tank about 2 days ago and are doing fine and I've now put 6 smallish Checker barbs in another , i'm thinking of some sort of Cory for the 3rd one as the temp changes might trigger spawning
  18. Warren is correct, i have edited posts many times and even had the poster change it back. Its a family focused forum and we have to keep that in mind when posting.

    Idenfify

Its a Blue Three Spot Gourami (Trichogaster trichopterus) still young by the looks of it
  20. I don't think goldfish would like the 28 degrees in the afternoons Spink , but have thought about it elsewhere
  21. The Temp in the tanks this morning was a chilly 16 degrees C , so now the hunt is on for fish that are happy between 16 & 28 degrees
