I benched my and Tsarmina's fish this morning and the club is doing a great job , some really nice fish already there and it looks like there will be nearly 100 fish entered. Well done and thanks for making it so easy this morning

Hi i'm thinking of setting up a Discus tank and was wondering if my hoplos would be ok with them , i've check and hoplo's are happy up to 28 degrees so temp should not be a problem but can't find any referances to there compatablity ... what do you all think ?

Hi, Yes bare bottom tanks with plants ( java moss and java fern ) weighted down with either stones rubber banded to the sreams/roots for easy cleaning.

I found if i turned off the lights in the early evening when it was dark , i could come back an houir or so later and collect a fresh batch of eggs from my panda cory's

bit earlty to say for sure but some of there older brothers are showing VERY nice crown tails

I've recently had a good size batch of bettas and they have outgrown there first tank so tonight i've moved them to a bigger grow out tank, Not sure how many there is ( maybe someone wants to count them from a picture ? ) but I'm guessing 150+, here is some pictures of the move. Standard lights opn a AR980 , which is 3 seperate Fluro tubes , about 30w each i think, does a nice job
