  1. Awwwww..... he's a cutie!!!! I love small eels, the big ones are ok so long as they can't get in my gumboots/eat me  When I was a kid, our goldfish pond at home ran out of goldfish, so next time we were at my grandparents i went eeling and snuck a few home, and put them in the pond. Didn't know at that age that they could get out - they took off, one got eaten by a dog and the other two got caught and taken back to the creek. Is your eel quite friendly?
  2. I'm a bit late on this but my bettas LOVE brine shrimp!!! I'd get them in a syringe and let a drop hand from the end, and they'd be so keen that they'd jump up and *CHOMP* the whole drop!!!
  3. I love the white ones with blue fins in the first pic, will definitely have to sort out my schedule and pay you a visit sometime 8)
  4. They can offer us a beer in thanks of the gift that we gave them
  5. rofl.... I was looking into an elephant tour thing in thailand, and they ask you to give a "personal gift to show your appreciation", and then mention that most of the guides are partial to cash    I can just see us rocking up to the locals and laying out peace offerings of beer

  20. FEEDBACK: I like the fake plants, and wish they were real.... Na, fake though they may be, i like how the plants go up like that (jungle-ish ) - do the fish like to swim through it? Nice but no focal point in the tank for me... And i love clowns, so thumbs up from me
  21. Hi Michelle, welcome Try the Private Trade and Exchange forum for a pleco, i think i saw a couple on there looking for new homes. Otherwise, TradeMe is an option (once they get bigger, some people want to get rid of them, as they didn't learn about their growth before buying), and they can go quite cheaply on there
