I put gambusia in and there was one: It seems all the kokopu are on the coast and I'm near the ranges: And dwarf galaxias:

I was spotlighting in a medium flow stream last night and saw common bullies and these small fish that I think are dwarf galaxiids.They were mostly 4cm and they were swimming like a galaxiid on the side of the stream. We don't have gambusia in our area so what could it be?

They are not on the import list and I don't think you supposed to have them.

If you do go with just bullies I've found floating plants can make them feel more secure.
