Great idea Wok! Very hard to get into killies without being a part of NZKA and if you do this it should be easier to be a part of and would work better for a lot more people I am sure.

Watched Odd Thomas last night, not a bad representation of the book which surprised me. I quite enjoyed it.

I just started watching shameless, the US version. William H. Macy is so damn good in this series. Tonight I'm going to watch Odd Thomas, the book by Dean Koontz is excellent and the movie looks just as good so here's hoping.

I used to turn the filter off in the tank that was in my room and never had an issue either, tank was going for over a year like this. -

Did you get your ferts from hydroponics.co.nz? I've been looking at the stuff from overseas, seems much cheaper to import but a little worried about customs seizing it?

Yay they finally turned up, post office had opened the package as it was leaking, hopefully the plants survive now.

Number 2 sounds better to me, always loved tiger barbs but hard to find good quality ones with solid markings.

That's what I suggested to the seller, he said he thinks he double/triple bagged them so it shouldn't. Even if they do miraculously turn up now I doubt they will be in any condition to survive, it's a pretty high demand plant I think.

Nah, all they said was $5 for postage, plants were $50.

Sitting here annoyed because some plants I paid for nearly 2 weeks ago haven't turned up even though the seller said he posted them last Thursday the 13th. Highly doubt they will turn up now and I am the one out of pocket, pretty crap really.

I used satin black wallpaper, works great and looks even better. It would be difficult to put on in such a tight space though.
