Do you have another tank that is cycled? Of the same temperature. If so and the fish you're putting in there aren't going to get eaten you can put them in there, and increase water changes. You then can cycle your new filter in the tank that it is currently in.

It's because your tank is no longer cycled due to a change in filter, you will have to recycle the tank, use the search function and search for cycling a tank on google ect. Welcome to the forums

So does that mean it is not used in association with... And that it is not... So both of them? Because those ponds are definitely not swimmable in. Imagine a tank in direct sunlight with duck waste and fish waste that has never been cleaned...and then image jumping in

But then how come all ponds and livers, streams etc on council land are exempt? DUMB! Should try to get them to fence all of their waterways

I'll write to them, considering their our council. There's streams and rivers that should be fenced off first because it's near a school and the kids walk to school! Bloody KCDC... Edit: No I won't...Ponds on rural land would not have to be fenced, and ponds on council land were exempt, which was "just stupid".

Me and my mate have RC helicopters, you stick like drop boxes on them(controlled by a servo) and stick paint balls, bbs or water balloons in them...good fun. I reckon a boat would be mean, like a petrol one they go pretty quick

Huh, I thought goldfish keeping is easy? My grandparents(both mothers parents and fathers parents) have ponds with 20+ goldfish which breed on a regular basis, they feed them bread when they remember and it's just fish and oxygen weed in there. To be honest if the fish are constantly getting sick there must be something wrong.
