Depends on how deeps they are you can try a buffer to get rid of them, or if it's really bad like really bad you could replace the panel.

How did you transport the filter? Being careful if much better than under careful. Being overly careful can have side effects but definitely not as bad as being under careful.

Yeah, I guess what people don't know about danios is that their hyperactivity is actually Semi aggressive behavior. Yeah really up to you. And how did you transfer the filter? In a bucket of warm tank water? Either wise the bacteria is most likely dead. You may have to recycle. Good luck Matt

If your going to heat it put a heater in(I would suggest for minnows and guppies) Add filter Add a few drop of pure ammonia (not cloudy) every few days or fish food ect. Do 20% water changes every 2-3 days Test water parameters for ammonia A few weeks later test for nitrite And finally a few weeks later test for nitrates.

Probally not, if the tank your going to put it in is already cycled, then the ammonia levels will be 0 so the bacteria will have nothing to eat. Just do a fish less cycle. I never use any products When cycling my tank, just never helps, with the exception of stress zyme to remove the chlorine and chloromines. It could work, I've seen some stuff on YouTube, he got a sponge(from a cycled tank) a cup and squeezed the contents of the sponge into the cup, the gunky stuff. I would like to verify if this works?
