yeah i was thinking tiger lotus but in the right rear of the tank a sort of over hanging the other plants but tomorrow i htink ill just stock up on things like hair grass red tiger lotus zelandia but not sure yet ill see when i get their but i am def looking out for the tiger lotus oh and about the gravel i thought in the wild it wouldnt be all one colour :bounce: and thanks for the info i will def make some changes the star grass will hopfully carpet most of the for ground

yeah ill spend all the $80 on plants a large swoard would be one of them

ok here are some pics of my tank it is a ar620t 130L fish tank (new tank it has many plants of witch i cant name them all i am getting some plants hopfully monday or tuesday they are coming through the mail from trade me i bought 6 rotala stems 6 ludwigia arcutua stems 10 star grass stems and 3 large crypts i recently paied off my fish tank crack repair so i have $80 left for more plants anmy ideas? side veiw of the log front veiw full tank shot thought i might chuck in a few other pics of my fish

i have a jebo 338 as well when i had my betta and khuli loaches in it i grabn the tube for the spray bar in side the filter and tookk it out so it just trickeld and they were happy as ever vould be oh and just a tip get some filter wool and shove it behind the power head so your kuhli loaches dont go in their their really hard to get out again

corydoras clown and kuhli loaches are the way to go

i have had that problem to for a while to but its completly 100% gone i just added more botem feeder fish like corydoras and plceos but corys did most of the damage on it plecos just moce it around

i dont have an efpos card so i use my hand :bounce:

i dont feed my fish aphids and have no experiance with feeding them aphids but just wondering are they like brine shrimp ? like the older they are the less nutritional value they are? oh and btw i do feed my angle fish moths i saw it chasing one accross the glass once and tried to feed it and they love them! is this bad for them ? i have had no problems yet

their is a buckle of the rear of the tanks stand that buckles down 1 mayby 1 and a half mm and the same on the front of the stand it buckles down and again about 1-2 mm as greg was saying to put some sort of no nails (i think thats what he called it) to put small palm size blobs about 1 blob every 3inch cube then putting a layer of thick plastic over the top of it to stop it melting the poly then putting the tank ontop of that to spread it out and make it perfectly even all the way under the tank

wow cheers fruju its kinda sad that people shorten fishes life spans just because they wont them in freash water or with other fish speices

should of read the description this guy keeps his bamboo sharks with gold fish just lowers the salinity of the water to just below brackish great video lots of contriversy in the comments

ok sweet as ill wait i few days i managed to scab a couple kilos of my mate of live ready cycled rock he had in his sump also using an additive nutrafin cycle it says the tank will be ready in 3 days

hey all i bought a green star polyps frag yesterday and it hasnt opend yet it it because the shrimp somtimes eat the algae off it? or is this normal?

although female red eye dwarf puffers can go well with community tank but just 1 only

just been reading up on some posts and some say they have been using nsw i am thinking this is salt water from the beach? or is this just for local marine not tropical marine as this will save me heaps of money buying salt during water changes
