  4. Hi mate, I got them by trademe like 6 months ago and there is just two..the male was around 4cm and the female 3cm when I bought them and currently they are around 6 and 4cm respectivately. They have been breeding practically since I got them and I have a few of their fry growing in a small tank. Here you have a recent video of the pair with fry http://youtu.be/gwGWb5vw95w And this is one of the babies from the first batch http://youtu.be/bZq4yM61gQs Cheers

  6. I didnt know that the altolamprologus were such a good parents like the ocellatus gold... I was cleaning my fish tank the other day and it seems like I got too close to their shell :slfg:

    ID Please

Nice fish, but it looks like hybrid for me... where you get it from?
  9. :nfs: This one is the male blue orchid of Tropheus and father of mines... looks much more silver there (normally it looks dark blue according to Tropheus) but it was pale because was sharing the fish tank with an Aulonocara baenshi so it was a bit stressed, but you can see the stunning white blaze tho... and this is one is a sulfur head from a friend in Canada :nfs: Cheers
  10. I saw them and they look just like the ones that I bought from tropheus. Cheers!!!
  11. Nice fish boban_nz !!! but the blue Orchid peacock is different from the Sulfur head, both belongs to the genus maylandi, but are different species. One has the yellow blaze and the other the white blaze. http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/a ... _types.php I currently have three of this guys (blue orchid) in my juvies tank, but I got them from tropheus. His Male is a stunning fish too. Cheers
