  1. yea ,if they were here then they will turn up again! if they wernt here then they wouldnt of established anyway! they will fall back on disease risk(too hard basket)ask them to come up with a health standard (no chance, user pays! i.e butterfly creek ,salties) it seems to me that A... they had an axe to grind(much like green iguana saga)...but how come K never got dragged through court!...how many people were out of pocket from that sham(not k)....or what they cant see cant hurt you...lets not make them work for there money!...sorry OUR money.... so the lesson is (according to biosecurity) if you have something on there list,or more to the point, something NOT on there list, keep under the radar..... and they wont care :roll:the whole system stinks of corrupt pork to me 8)
  2. forest geckos n auckland greens need more space..... reckon 1200L+1200t+600w heavily planted native plants(manuka ,ferns e.c.t),outside enclosure, minimum for one but could keep 15+ adults but only 1 male of each subspecies. imagin a double mesh(flyscreen n chickenmesh)box. with glass front. n planter box base. always glass on the southface....you can get an aluminiun profile from ulrich to do a sliding glass front.... common geckos need less space, i assume maculatus not pacificus?? enjoy a cliff face terrarium.... can keep inside but need much airflow n les uv..
  3. they used to prefer a double layer of flyscreen and then chicken mesh,so rats cats n dogs cant get in and flys n geckos cant get out.
