To me a brown acro is still an amazing specimen, but the same piece fluro green or blue is something else. We don’t really know what corals take in 100% so does it really matter if we don’t know exactly what we are putting in especially if the acros seem to benefit. If i can get better colour and polyp extension out of any system i will try it, and then post the negatives as a result. I have not really seen any negatives posted against Zeo-vit except for the same consequences of reef keeping in any system Ben

I used several of these and the tunze one is by far the best i've handled

I caught a green pavona going at it then later that afternoon the brown cactus did the same thing. I took a PXT but im doubtfull of the quallity. (this was mid last week) Ben

Im moving house this week and going from a concrete floor to an, at a guess 1920-1940 villa i havent had a chance to look under the house but how many people have 600 Kg or a bit more and not worried about it ? Cheers Ben

Im going to clean it out early next week so i can get a good idea of the funkyness of the skimmate, i'll try and get a photo of the bubble size then. i have a feeling the pump re-circulates small bubbles inside the skimmer body to make them smaller again ? But the bubble size was very good when i started the unit up from scratch. Ben

Well how did we all do. I got 2 beach towells and thats it so I bought myself a skimmer I bought myself an RO/DI unit Im saving to buy myself a stream kit but thats a birthday present for me only two sleeps to go

skimmate is looking good starting to brown up especially seeming 100 mls of overskim got in b4 i could restrict the air

i used a roller for 3 coats, then i sprayed it to remove the pitting left by the roller worked very well
