That is a good idea except I'm a gumboots and trackpants girl since moving to a lifestyle block and staying at home with the kids, I use to have office type clothes when I worked but they went out ages ago alas I'm not a fashion girl I only bother with make up and nice clothes when going out. I will have a look however as I bet there is something in there that I haven't worn in a while.

I've always stuck with the rule if you can't afford to lose it then don't gamble it hence why I haven't gambled I'm slowly getting there, I might go through the garage in the weekend and see if there's anything worth flicking off on TM and I've given up my coke addiction and just to clarify I mean coca cola not the buzy nose stuff I'm sure I'm going to enjoy the clinic alot more if I've had to work hard to get there. Pitty it's not summer otherwise I could take the pony down to the beach and give rides for some $$$$$ then he could work to go too.

Where did you find the foreign currencies? at the back of your couch Thanks for that I think I do have some here somewhere did you give them to the bank or sell them on TM

I'm a full time mum with two under 4yrs so a job isn't really an option with my hubby a truck driver so up early and home late and usually working on Saturday to unless there would be a job on Sundays, I should ask living Art if they need help on Sunday? Hey Mark?? Doing the mucking out might be an option I will ask the people running the clinic tonight. Thanks for your thoughts.

I have a Parelli clinic that I really really really want to go to but as with everyboby else out there it's the same with us money is tight. I have been selling a few Malaysain trumpet snails on TM but I'm going to have to sell alot more to make the full amount needed, I also have some guppies nearly really for sale I just need them to grow faster!!!! Does anyone have any sugestions on what else I could do? Oh by the way a parelli Clinic is learning natural horsemanship skills basically comunicating with your horse kindly, I have been doing some of this on my horse over the years and would like to learn more.

Oh no worries then thanks for that info Sharn the plants you gave me are doing good and a few of the baby guppies are starting to show so nice yello tails with the top fin blue/yellow so hopefully not to long before they fully colour up I'm feeding them decapsulated srimp eggs and bloodworms and colour bits also threw in a bit of hard boiled egg yoke which went down well is there anything else I could be feeding them to help move their growth on a bit faster???

Was told that fish apparently in the wild don't eat every day because there is a lack of food and that it gives their digestion a rest too, don't know how true it is but I know it's hard not to feed them when they follow you up and down the tank looking wat you with those puppy dog eyes

I'm after ideas for making my discus have different meals at the moment they get bloodworms, frozen brime shrimp and colourbits and ocasionally discus tucker fed twice a day not all the above in one go!! with one day a week with no food. Hello, Just wondering where to find out what all the different catfish numbers and letters mean or if you could help me by identifing my pleco (photo of the month) I was told it was just a leporad pleco but since reading your post there is obiviously a whole world of plecos that I didn't know about. You can use my photo if my pleco fits the profile your after. Thanks
-
Yep the tank sits at about 30deg and no fatalities and breeding very well like guppies do I think guppies would probably live with goldfish in a pond in summer they are that adaptable!!!
-
I have guppies in with my discus and the guppy fry took to feeding off my discus looked like he was feeding his own babies!!! Have since removed all guppies bar three as the discus couldn't keep up with the guppy fry and now I have about 40 or so adult guppies and about 100 fry that I'm about to get rid of. So it works but watch the guppies don't start hassleing the discus.

Hi There, when I put a post asking for this nedication I got a friendly reply from a vet based in Tauranga who said she would help out with meds for fish so maybe pm her aqua j is her on line name or look for my post on "help flaggy in my discus" and she was one of the last replies. good luck if that doesn't help pm me as my I can also get hold of the meds and send them to you.

Is it a red spot pleco??? was told it was a lepoard pleco or are they one and the same. It's getting up for the 12 - 14cm mark so do they need to be fully grown to reproduce, I would love to post more pics but the photobucket website either isn't runing properly or my computer or I can't work it. I read all the instructions on this website but when it came to up load photos it didn't give me that choice. How come some members can post pics on this forum is there some kind of gold membership or something? How can I be eligible to do it to.
-
How do you tell if you have a male or female pleco? I'm thinking of getting a mate for my lepoard pleco (photo of the month) but don't know what sex he/she is could someone tell me

I had a blue ram die which had owned for about two years and didn't think much of it as alot of people I had talked to said thats roughly about how long they live for. The symptoms were dull in colour, off food and raised scales with what looked like little ballons under the scales. Was told that dropsey would have 24hrs of symptoms then the fish would die so I don't think it was that as he lived in a hospital tank for nearly a week like that. I now have a guppy displaying the same symptoms although she isn't as precious to me as the blue ram I'm wondering if I have a disease in the tank which I don't to be spread any further. I'm trying to get a photo on photobucket but having difficulty so bear with me while I sort it out unless one of the FNZAS administrators could load it on this post Any ideas what it is???

Yep will do as soon ad my algae bloom disapears, a lifestyle block is living not so close to town on a few acres to grow a descent vege garden, your own meat and room for those hobby's like horses or car rallying. I like it also for the kids to run around on without having to get into the car and traveling to a park or the beach. It's not all good though espoically on days like today when it's raining and you have to go out and feed the animals hay and get more wood in for the fire!!
