Pet Names
we have- Polo- 4 year cat. got her from our freinds when she was about 2, no idea why her name is Polo (think thats what happens when you let a 3year old name the cat!) Mo (or Moses when he is naughty)- 2 year cat. Partner named him that cause thats what popped into his head at the time. the name kinda fits him though cause he LOVES water Esky- 1 year old pure white cat. On our way back from Palmerston North, where we got her from, my partner and I were trying to think of things that were white. somehow we got onto talking about Eskimos and my partner though Esky would be a good name as we already have Mo! Coco- 6 month old puppy. Everyone asks why she is called Coco as she is more of the tan colour but she was named that before we go her. our fish are only named if they are something special- Frankie the 38cm pleco and Bullet the arowana

Advise on what to feed an baby Arowana
Hi all, just interested to see what people are feeding their arowanas. we have a baby (only had him for about 3weeks) and we are mainly given him bloodworms and the arowana sticks but this seems a bit boring. i have done heaps of reading on the net on what to feed him but each site seems to say a different thing any advice would be great

cory care........
yes they are dying on me. not in great numbers but very slowly. they were in a group of about 10 but that number is now down to about 6. they are currently in a 200 litre tank with guppies. the tank has lots of plants and small gravel (that is not sharp) i feed them bottom feeder pellets and they seem to eat a little bit of the flake and bloodworms that the guppies get they never have any marks on them at all and seem happy until i see them floating in the tank would a fright kill them? i know that the cats like to jump on that tank and try to get their paws under the lids

tank dividers (removable)
I am wanting to make some tank dividers that are removable. i have been reading up on posts about this and i like the idea using air hose around the outside to make a seal. does this work? is there a better way to do it? and does anyone have any photos of ones that they have made?
