    i have 3 bronze cories but i have just noticed one has a HUGE tummy. is it sick????? we moved about a week ago and it was not like that then. any ideas what it could be?

    any ideas where i get silica sand from in the wellington area? placemakers can not longer get it

    which beach? and any idea if you can use sand from a DIY shop? i have read on the internet that you can (but not from NZ site) but do not want to try it until i know it will be ok

    i am wanting to put sand in our tank but im needing some help! what kind of sand should i use? how do i clean it before we put it in the tank? how do i clean it when it is in the tank? also any ideas of the cost would be good too (the tank is 1500x500)

    how come clown loachs lose their bright colour when they get bigger? we have two that are about 8-10cms (we got them that big) and they are not as bright as the little ones

    its only about 10 mins down the road so we are lucky. we have to take the stones and everything else out of the tank as the tank empty is heavy enough to move (we are planning on having 4 people to do this!) the main thing that i am worried about is the fish not making the move. we also have a pleco (named Frankie!) that is 37cm so he might have to get a bucket to himself

    hi all we are moving next weekend and of course that means moving the fish as well. we have a 525litre a 200litre a 65litre and also a 29litre (that is currently empty) we are unsure of the best way to move the fish without causing to much upset- any tips and hints would be very helpful thanks!!!

    we have about 20 fish in the tank but we are always adding to it i would be looking to spead under $500 but i do like the look of a FX5(even though this is more then $500). we also have a fluval 205 at home that we could use with another filter

    we have a 525 litre tank and are wanting to use extrnal filter (the tank is currently being needed to be clean to often with internal filters and they look ugly) what is the best without spending to much on it? should we get one with UV? should we use 1 or 2? thanks for your help
