  1. They are the normal ones. No red eyes.
  2. The next time I feed them an earthworm to my puffers I have got to get it on cam... Have never seen any thing like it.

  6. it is. see it quite often in the shops. spoon shaped leaf does not stay permanently.
  7. bright green plant in the front is indian fern. its really nice
  8. Once the sag. grows it will look nicer, more lush, sort of like my old tank: you can sorta see how it goes out of control once I start growing it :lol:
  9. they come in from the suppliers as Juvis not adults, so you have to give them time to mature.

  13. you don't get a choice really. you just get a pictus. so far they have all looked the same to me.

  16. yeah, it was a little dry, but looks fine now. in a month itll be at the top of the tank hopefully.

  19. same species im sure, but different strains. a pictus is a pictus.
  20. They have settled in well, but have decided that bloodworms are a more tasty alternative to colourbits. :lol: Mel you should definitely come see them sometime, but ignore the fluff and dirty algae in the tank.
  21. I used to have them! still love them and are on my "maybe" list. V. easy to get as well.

    how did yours go red? admittedly I did not keep it for long enough, turtles enjoyed it far too much.
