If i ever need to use algae fix I use half dose. my experience is that plants can die from it and it must take a lot of oxygen or something out of the water because it can make fish gasp at the surface. so yea I suggest half dose rate or uv filter as phoenix said

there are definately females mine has her egg tube out :bounce: a friend also got a pair and her female has a very purple stomach like female blue ram ready to breed.

I spoke with my friend and he did have it "licenced"by tropica 14-16 years ago. he use to import a lot of plants from them.

I know someone that use to import stuff from tropica themselves many moons ago, so does this mean the stuff they got in ages ago is no longer allowed here? even if they have the paperwork?

I siphon 50% weekly. more light would be good. Im facinated as some leaves are turning red which I assume is from co2 and light. will try increase light.

there is a difference between a smack for misbehaviour and kicking your kids a$$ for um well argh o thats right they cant remember they just thought they needed it.
