hi all, i am in need of a plastic bladder similar to the ones the come in the cask wine. but instead of the open/close valve i need 1 that has a screw lid/top. i think organic juice comes in them. does anyone have 1 of these? if you do let me know. i will pay for postage to get it to me. thanks

if you get 2 rabbits, double.... no make that triple check that they are BOTH the same sex....DO NOT get male and female unless you are ready for a serious rabbit population overload!! :sml1: Its also not a good idea to put 2 males together as they can get teritoral (spelling) unless you get them fixed. Ive always had 2 females and they were great together. The last 2 rabbits i got were supposed to be 2 females. Ended up getting 1m 1f and didnt find out until i opened the sleeping area one day to find 4 naked little babies!! cant get rid of the baby..some rules against that! and i honestly couldnt imagine of giving her away or getting rid of her. and the cat, well i know shes causing problems, but i couldnt give her up, shes been with me through thick and thin, i love her to pieces! i will just have to find a 'fix it'!

Do you know what Zev....that thought really did cross my mind! We do have a bully cat here in the neighbourhood, rather big, but have just discovered that its all fluff as he has just been shaved for summer, had to laugh when i saw him. But my girl doesnt get beaten up, she stands her ground... so who knows about her, shes probably just a bit munted! lol :nilly:

baby is 6 months old, but i have noticed that when i have spent alot of time with the baby for what ever reason she tends to pee somewhere. argh! yeah i think a trip to the vet is in order. crap....more money!! ho hum

Can anyone help me with this? I have a 6 year old female bengal and she has recently started peeing everywhere. We only have 1 cat, no other cats can get inside as we dont have a cat door. She does it in strange places, on the curtains in the bedroom, on the side of the bed and today (which is the last straw for me) on my baby girls change mat. ARGH!!! She has also been vomiting a little bit too, I thought it was bad meat, but is all of this combined? The neighbourhood cats do use our backyard as a throughfare to all the other houses, but as I said before they cant get inside. Is there something I can do or is my cat just mental?

LIM and builders is what we asked for. Bank only asked for a valuation. No-one has said anything about a LEP

ok thats a good start. our conditions are finance, builders and LIM report. its funny because no where does it say the bank will sort all of this! what does LEP mean? yeah the lawyer said she would talk to the vendors lawyer, to sort it its hard not to worry about it though

Hi all can someone clear this up for me as i am totally confused, i have talked to lawyers, bank, and realeaste agent and i am no clearer as they all give different stories. and im sure someone out there has had the same thing happen to them, it sounds like its pretty common. buying a house, contract says 10% of purchase price to go to realestate agent on settlement day. have been approved for finance we have approx 5% of purchase price. was told by realestate agent that the 10% comes out of our mortgage, as we have to get a bank cheque. was then told by the bank that we cant do that as we cant take the 10% out against our loan told by lawyers that the 10% can be tinkered with the vendors and we can come to some sort of agreement. all of the above i pretty much understand. but what i dont understand is that if they agree to 5% or what ever, how do we pay for it since the 5% is what we are using to secure the mortgage. Confused? cos i certainly am. :dunno: Can anyone shed some light on this for me and my partner please? Thanks

hmm that i do! not such a bad idea, although, we are renting this house but are in the process of buying one, so in about 5 weeks we are out of here so why should we fix it at our cost! i know why we should fix it, cos if we dont have tv my bf will go mad!!! i can live without tv, he just goes nuts, almost like a cat on catnip lol :nilly: :sml1:

thanks supasi, i rang Hills as thats the brand of decoder we have. we tried some things over the phone and have found out that yes it is a faulty LNB. thats just fantastic.... why do bills and things you need to fix come at a time when you dont have money to spare on 'not 100% necessary things'? argh!!! :facepalm: pay for a new dish/LNB - $200 - $450 or get sky and get roped into a term?? hmmmm :dunno:
